Allstream Small Business Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions before registering for the Allstream Small Business Referral Program. Participation in this Program indicates that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

Referring Party – an existing Allstream Small Business customer who has registered for the Referral Program contained herein, submits a referral, and is in agreement with the terms and conditions governing the Referral Program.

Referred Party – A new Allstream Small Business customer who has been referred to Allstream by the Referring Party.

Program Participation:

  • The Referring Party must be an existing Allstream Small Business customer in order to participate in the "Pays to Connect” Referral Program (the “Program”).

  • The Referred Party must not currently be an Allstream Small Business customer in order for the Referring Party to be eligible to participate in the Program.

  • For a referral to be successful, the Referred Party must have a new Allstream Small Business service/product installed. Any Allstream Small Business service/product is eligible.

  • Referring Parties can receive a $100 cheque when they refer owners or decision makers of Canadian small businesses, defined as fewer than 50 employees, who as a result of the referral get an Allstream Small Business service/product installed, and who were not at the time of referral an Allstream Small Business customer.

  • In order for a referral to be considered for a Referral Bonus (defined below) under the Program, the Referring Party must correctly register for the Program and be able to submit all required fields as designated on the referral form

  • Subject to the terms contained herein, there is no limit as to the number of referrals a Referring Party may make.

  • A Referred Party can receive a $100 cheque (“Referral Bonus”) upon installation of an Allstream Small Business service/product resulting from a referral, on the condition that the referred party was not an Allstream Small Business customer at the time of referral.

  • Referred Parties with multiple locations or multiple accounts will count as one referral. A Referred Party is defined by the responsible billing party named on their account.

  • Referrals will be forwarded to an Allstream Small Business representative for sales follow-up within two business days of submission.

  • Referring and Referred Parties should allow approximately four weeks to receive the Referral Bonus after the Referred Party makes a qualifying installation.

  • Referral Bonuses may be subject to appropriate taxes; tax reporting and any liability are the sole responsibility of the bonus recipient.

  • Only one Referral Bonus will be issued per qualifying installation. If multiple Allstream Small Business customers refer the same prospect, and that prospect places an order, the reward will be issued to the Referring Party who first submitted the referral, unless Allstream, in its sole discretion, deems differently.

  • Allstream Small Business reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, with or without notice. Allstream Small Business reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of the services or restrict or reject any Referred Party’s order for service.

  • A Referring Party is not authorized to send any e-mail whose primary purpose is to advertise or promote Allstream Small Business products or services, nor is a Referring Party authorized to provide any inaccurate or misleading information about Allstream Small Business, its products or services, in conjunction with this Program. Any loss, damage or claim in any manner arising from any unauthorized acts or omissions of a Referring Party with regard to this Program is the sole responsibility of the Referring Party. Allstream shall have no liability or responsibility for any damages whatsoever suffered by either Party arising as a result of this Program.

  • Allstream Small Business employees, representatives and agents of any Allstream Small Business Affiliate, and any affiliates or subsidiaries of referred parties, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in the Program.
