How do I determine service availability?
To determine whether you're in an area that is eligible for phone and Internet service, visit http://www.allstreamsmallbusiness.com/products-services/phone-internet-service/ and enter your postal code. Alternatively, to have an Allstream Small Business sales agent contact you with more information about our products, pricing and service eligibility, please complete the contact form. How do I qualify for the Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles promotion?
Promotional offers are available for new subscribers purchasing an eligible Allstream Small Business bundle. New subscribers are defined as customers who have not subscribed to Allstream Small Business within the past 3 months. Promotions are limited time offers and are subject to change. Do I have to sign a contract to enjoy Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundle savings?

What will happen to my existing phone numbers?
You can keep your existing phone numbers. If you currently have service with another phone company, we'll make sure your numbers follow you when you switch to Allstream Small Business.

What will happen to my existing email addresses?
You can keep your existing email addresses if you own a domain name, such as yourname@printingsolutions.com. You cannot keep email addresses provided by your existing DSL or cable provider (e.g. yourname@bell.ca or yourname@rogers.ca). If you don't already own a domain name, your Allstream Small Business bundle includes a free domain of your choice.

Are Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles only for new or start-up businesses?
No. Any small business can take advantage of Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles.

Can I switch to Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles if I currently have telecommunications service with another provider?
Yes! Once you've decided to switch to an Allstream Small Business bundle, one of our qualified sales agents will work with you to set an installation date to transfer or set up and activate your phone numbers, and to install a modem or new Internet lines (if applicable). An Allstream Small Business technician will complete some inside wiring, if required (for more information please refer to terms of service at http://www.allstreamsmallbusiness.com/legal/). We can also assist you in setting up a domain name. You may then set up your own email addresses and web hosting site if applicable (note: this step requires that we register your domain name). If you have any questions, our sales agents will be happy to assist you.

No. Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles include service only. For phone and Internet bundles that include High Speed Internet service, Allstream Small Business supplies you with a modem at no additional cost.

What happens if I cancel my Allstream Small Business phone & Internet bundles service?
There are no termination fees to cancel your Allstream Small Business service. We will simply pro-rate your monthly charge back to the date of disconnect. Monthly charges are billed one month in advance, which means that your final bill will include a credit for the portion of the month that you paid on your previous invoice. You will continue to receive a final bill until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

What is an Online Business Card?
The Online Business Card is a one-page website giving you an online web presence just for being an Allstream Small Business Internet customer. Domain name registration and hosting is included. It is easy to use and easy to upgrade to a web hosting plan if more space or functionality is needed. Included in the Online Business Card is:
- Website Storage: 5MB
- Web Transfer: 1GB
- Access to web developer tools in order to change or enhance their web page
